Vocal Power for Roots Musicians

A workshop for musicians who want to up their vocal game for sustainable volume, range, and flexible control that can cut in acoustic settings. Find your healthy holler or your bluegrass belt and learn how to drive it for miles with great fuel economy. 

In this one-off workshop, you’ll learn key exercises to challenge and check in with your voice and find modes and colors hitherto unexplored. We will also do mini lessons in front of the class, for those who volunteer. 

We will try to cram as much new information and food for thought into this workshop as possible in the time allotted and give students tools to woodshed their voice this winter.
